The territorial jurisdiction of the Abzelilovsky District Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan extends to the entire territory of the Abzelilovsky District of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Reception of citizens (individuals), representatives of organizations (legal entities), public associations, public authorities and local governments is carried out on the day of their application.

Reception of citizens is conducted without an appointment on a first-come, first-served basis. Visitors are admitted to court during business hours upon presentation of identity documents.

On the basis of the resolution of the Presidium of the Council of Judges of the Russian Federation dated May 18, 2009, No. 179, the chairman of the district court issued order No. 53 of 17.07.2009, "On approval of the regulations for organizing the activities of the reception office of the district court", in according to which the reception of citizens is carried out by assistant judges, in accordance with the approved schedule, on weekdays, from 09.00 to 18.00 hours. The issuance of court documents is carried out in the office of the court office number 2 on Monday and Thursday upon preliminary application, from 09. 00 to 18:00 hours.

Consideration of appeals on the organization of the activities of the court, complaints about actions (inaction) of judges or employees of the court apparatus, not related to the consideration of specific cases, appeal of judicial acts and procedural actions to the court is also carried out through the reception office of the court and is considered directly the chairman of the court.

Personal reception of citizens by the chairman of the court

At a personal reception, a citizen presents an identity document.

If the facts and circumstances set out in the oral appeal are obvious and do not require additional verification, the response to the appeal with the consent of the citizen can be given orally during a personal reception. In other cases, a written answer is given on the merits of the questions raised in the appeal.

A written appeal received during a personal reception is subject to registration and consideration in the manner prescribed by this Federal Law.

If the appeal contains questions that are not within the competence of this state body, local government body or official, the citizen is given an explanation of where and in what order he should apply.

During a personal reception, a citizen may be denied further consideration of the appeal if he was previously answered on the merits of the questions raised in the appeal.

Certain categories of citizens, in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation, enjoy the right to a personal appointment as a matter of priority *.
