In 1988 he graduated from the Sverdlovsk Institute of Law with a degree in jurisprudence.

He began his professional legal activity as a trainee lawyer, then a lawyer of the Orenburg Regional Bar Association. 1992 - 1993 worked as a legal adviser in JSC "Alina" in Abdulino, then continued his advocacy.

On May 25, 2000, the Legislative Assembly of the Orenburg region was appointed to the post of magistrate of the judicial district in the administrative-territorial boundaries of the entire Ponomarevsky district of the Orenburg region.

In the period from 2004 to 2009 he worked as a judge of the Ponomarevsky district court. For ten years, from 2009 to 2019, he headed the team of the Ponomarevsky District Court.

By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 345 dated July 18, 2019, he was appointed chairman of the Abdulinsky District Court of the Orenburg Region.

Notification to the court via SMS

The Regional Court, together with the Office of the Judicial Department at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation in the Orenburg Region, developed a procedure for organizing notification of the participants in the trial about the dates of the court session via SMS messages. The use of this method of notification is fully consistent with the norms of the Civil Procedure Law. A prerequisite for the application of this procedure is the voluntary consent of the participant in the process to its application. To do this, the plaintiff, when filing a statement of claim in court, and the defendant and other persons, at the first appearance in court, will be offered this method of notification.

All courts in the region have appointed officers responsible for sending messages over the Internet using a special program. In this case, when sending SMS, the subscriber's number, the text of the message, information about its sending and delivery will be recorded. This information will subsequently be attached to the case file as confirmation of the delivery of the notice to the participant in the process.

Having received a subpoena by means of an SMS message, participants in legal proceedings will not only get rid of the need to appear at the post office to receive a registered letter, but will also be able to find out the information they need in a shorter time.
