Victor Anatolyevich Potapenko is the judge of the Tonkin District Court. Born on October 31, 1971 in Mozyr, Gomel region. In 2001 he graduated from the Nizhny Novgorod State University named after I. NI Lobachevsky with a degree in Jurisprudence. Since April 1997, he began to work as a legal adviser in various organizations in Nizhny Novgorod. Since March 2001, he worked as a consultant in the department of organizational and legal support for the activities of courts of the Office of the Judicial Department in the Nizhny Novgorod Region. Since June 2002, he has been appointed as a justice of the peace of the court section of the Tonkin District of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, since October 2006 - a judge of the Tonkin District Court of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 21. 04. 2012 No. 497 he was appointed chairman of the Tonkin District Court of the Nizhny Novgorod Region for a 6-year term of office.
