RECEPTION OF CITIZENS
The right to go to court is realized by filing a statement of claim. The statement of claim is submitted to the court in writing in compliance with the requirements provided for in Art. Art. 131-132 Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation.
The chief specialist Natalya Nikolaevna Korneva is responsible for receiving claims, written statements, appeals, private complaints, submissions, issuing court documents and their copies daily from 8-00 to 12-00 and from 12-48 to 17- 00 (room 16), tel. : (83197) 5-02-70.
Reception of citizens and representatives of organizations, public organizations, public associations, state authorities and local authorities on non-procedural issues is carried out by the chairman of the Pochinkovsky District Court, Sergey Nikolayevich Kopnin, weekly on Tuesdays from 15:00 to 16. 00 hours, weekly on Thursdays from 15:00 to 16:00.
