< strong> The procedure for receiving citizens

Assistant judges accept statements of claim, complaints and other appeals. In order to exclude communication of judges with the parties, the president of the court and the judges receive citizens only on personal matters before the consideration of the case. Reception is carried out according to the schedule, nonresident citizens are accepted throughout the working day.

At a personal appointment, a citizen presents an identity document.

A citizen has the right to apply to the court in writing or orally. All procedural statements (statements of claim, appeals and cassation complaints, private complaints, petitions, etc.) are submitted only in writing. Non-procedural appeals (not related to the consideration of specific cases) can be submitted to the court both in writing and orally.

The content of a oral appeal is entered into the personal appointment card of the citizen (in the citizen reception journal). If the citizen does not require additional verification to answer, the answer can be given orally during a personal meeting. In other cases, a written answer is given. Written appeals (statements, complaints, petitions, etc.) received during a personal appointment are sent to the office for registration no later than the next working day and are subject to consideration in the prescribed manner.

If a citizen has already been given an answer on this issue earlier, he may be denied further consideration of the appeal.

If the decision of the issue, which the citizen has applied, is not within the competence of the court, he is given an oral explanation of where and in what order to apply. Written appeals that are not within the competence of the court, within 5 days, are sent to the body or official authorized to resolve this appeal.

The procedure for considering applications

Applications of a procedural nature (statements of claim, appeals and cassation complaints, private complaints, petitions, etc.) are considered in the manner prescribed by procedural legislation.

Appeals on the organization of the court's activities, complaints about the actions (inaction) of judges or employees of the court apparatus (not related to the consideration of specific cases, appeal of judicial acts and procedural actions of judges) and other non-procedural appeals no later than the next working days are transferred to the office for registration. After registration, on the same day, they are handed over to the chairman of the court, who determines the executor, the period for consideration and gives specific instructions. Not later than the next working day, the appeal is handed over to the contractor against receipt.

The term for consideration of the application is 30 days from the date of registration. In exceptional cases, as well as if it is necessary to send requests, the consideration period can be extended by 30 days, about which the citizen is notified.

The answer is sent to the citizen by mail at the address indicated in the appeal.

The order of consideration of individual appeals.

If the written request does not indicate the name of the applicant and the address for the response, it is considered anonymous and no response will be given. Crime reports are sent to the appropriate government agency.

An appeal containing obscene or offensive language or threats may also be left unanswered.
