Participants in civil, criminal and administrative offense proceedings may be notified of the place, date and time of the hearing or the performance of certain procedural actions by means of SMS notification.

In accordance with the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, as well as the instructions for office work in the district court, SMS notification of the participants in the process is allowed if the person agrees to receive a notification in this way, as well as if it is possible to record the fact of sending and receiving SMS notifications.

When filing a statement of claim, all applicants are invited to fill out a receipt, which confirms their consent to the SMS notification. A sample receipt can be found on the court's website.

To conduct court sessions using video conferencing, you must send a request no later than two weeks before the expected date of the court session indicating the estimated duration of the videoconferencing session.

According to clause 3. 7 of the Rules for organizing the use of videoconferencing in federal courts of general jurisdiction, approved by order of the Judicial Department at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation dated 28.12.2015 No. 401, interregional court sessions using videoconferencing are held with the participation of the nearest district courts or garrison military courts at the place of registration, actual residence or place of work of the person participating in the court session.
