Notification of participants in proceedings through SMS messages
Through SMS messages, participants in the proceedings can be notified of the place, date and time of the court hearing or of the performance of certain procedural actions in the framework of civil, criminal and administrative proceedings and proceedings based on materials on gross disciplinary misconduct of the military serviceman.
The fact of consent to receive SMS notification is confirmed by a receipt, which, along with information about the participant in the proceedings and his consent to the notification in this way, indicates the mobile phone number to which the SMS message is sent.
A prerequisite for the application of this procedure is the voluntary consent of the process site to its application.
When sending an SMS message, the subscriber’s number, message text, information about its sending and delivery will be recorded. This information will be attached to the case file as confirmation of the delivery of the notice to the participant in the process. Having received a subpoena via SMS, the participants in the lawsuits will not only get rid of the need to appear in the mail to receive a letter, but will also be able to find out the information they need in a shorter time.

Through SMS messages, participants in the proceedings can be notified of the place, date and time of the court hearing or of the performance of certain procedural actions in the framework of civil, criminal and administrative proceedings and proceedings based on materials on gross disciplinary misconduct of the military serviceman.
The fact of consent to receive SMS notification is confirmed by a receipt, which, along with information about the participant in the proceedings and his consent to the notification in this way, indicates the mobile phone number to which the SMS message is sent.
A prerequisite for the application of this procedure is the voluntary consent of the process site to its application.
When sending an SMS message, the subscriber’s number, message text, information about its sending and delivery will be recorded. This information will be attached to the case file as confirmation of the delivery of the notice to the participant in the process. Having received a subpoena via SMS, the participants in the lawsuits will not only get rid of the need to appear in the mail to receive a letter, but will also be able to find out the information they need in a shorter time.
