The powers of the court
The Ust-Aldan District Court, within its competence, considers criminal, civil cases, materials about administrative offenses in as the court of first and second instance, as well as materials on the requests of convicts in the municipal districts of Ust-Aldansky and Tattinsky uluses, it is the directly superior court with respect to justices of the peace operating in the territory of the respective judicial sections No. 31, No. 29.
