Review letters, complaints and statements of representatives of organizations and citizens
Work with letters, complaints and applications (hereinafter - letters) of citizens is carried out in accordance with applicable law. Letters of citizens are accepted for consideration on all issues falling within the competence of the Court.
Letters of citizens are registered in the registration department of the Court.
If the appeal came from more than three applicants, it is registered in the name of the first of them. The answer is sent to him with the request to notify other applicants about it.

Currently, there are 10 arbitration district courts, which are the courts of cassation to verify the legality of the decisions of the arbitration courts of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, adopted in the first and appeal instances. These courts are organized on a territorial basis, according to which the territories of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation are united in districts.
