The positions of the federal state civil service in the office of the Arbitration Court of the Yaroslavl Region, as a rule, are filled based on the results of a competition. Announcements about holding competitions and information about the results are placed in the subsection of the official website "Information about competitions".
Without holding a competition, the position of an assistant judge is replaced. By decision of the chairman of the court, positions of specialists of the 1st and 2nd categories of the junior group of positions of the category "providing specialists" can be filled without holding a competition.
Citizens interested in employment in the positions of the federal state civil service in the office of the Arbitration Court of the Yaroslavl Region can sign up for an interview at the personnel and civil service department of the court by phone (4852) 28-11-82 ext. 6. Handicapped Access to the Courthouse
Court hearings and the exercise of other rights provided for by the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation (familiarization with the case materials, obtaining copies of judicial acts, writ of execution, etc.), with the participation of people with limited mobility, are carried out in room 125 on the first floor of the court building.
If persons belonging to low-mobility groups of the population participate in the court session, it is necessary to inform the secretary of the court session or the assistant judge in charge of the case in advance in order to hold the court session on the first floor of the court building. E-mails of compositions - see.
The main entrance to the courthouses is equipped with a button to call the bailiffs to assist people with limited mobility at the entrance.
If it is necessary to enter the courtyard of the arbitration court for persons belonging to low-mobility groups of the population, on a personal or official vehicle, please inform the secretary of the court session or the assistant judge who is in charge of the case in advance to organize the provision of assistance by bailiffs or use the button calling the bailiffs, located to the left of the barrier.

Videoconferencing
In the Arbitration Court of the Yaroslavl Region, the following time for holding court hearings using videoconferencing systems has been set:

• from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 17:00 (the last meeting is scheduled at 16:00), a break from 12:00 to 13:00, Moscow time.
• The duration of the videoconferencing session is indicated in the request for the presence (absence) of a technical court session using videoconferencing systems. If the court does not specify the time required for holding a court session using video conferencing systems, the default duration of a video conferencing session is one hour. Extension of the time of the videoconferencing session is possible by agreement with the responsible person and if there is free time in the videoconferencing schedule in the VKS-Contact system.
• On Fridays and on the days before holidays, court hearings using video conferencing systems are not held.
