Video conferencing
Court hearings using video conferencing systems in accordance with Article 153. 1. The Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation are held in the courtroom (by the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan as the court organizing the videoconferencing) and in the courtroom (The Arbitration Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan as the court considering the case) on Tuesdays/strong> and Thursdays from 09 a.m. 00 minutes until 5 p.m. 45 minutes , a break from 12 o’clock. 30 minutes. up to 13 hours 30 minutes. In accordance with Article 153. 1 of the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, to participate in the hearing in the form of a video conference, the party to the case must petition for this before the appointment of the case for trial.
A petition for participation in a court session by using video conferencing systems can be filed with the court in the form of a separate document or by reference in a statement of claim or in a response to a statement of claim (part 4 of article 159 of the APC of the Russian Federation).
