The Third Court of Cassation of General Jurisdiction, in accordance with paragraph 3 of Part 2 of Article 23. 1 of the Federal Constitutional Law of 07 On February 1, 2019 (as amended on July 29, 2018 No. 1-FKZ) “On Courts of General Jurisdiction in the Russian Federation”, from October 1, 2019, it will review judicial acts passed by the courts of the Republic of Karelia, the Komi Republic, the Arkhangelsk Region, and the Vologda Oblast region, Kaliningrad region, Leningrad region, Murmansk region, Novgorod region, Pskov region, th ode to St. Petersburg, Nenets Autonomous District, as well as the judicial acts of appellate courts of general jurisdiction, received complaints and representations on these judicial acts of courts:
