The competence of the Ninth Cassation Court of General Jurisdiction includes review of judicial acts adopted by the courts Primorsky Territory, Kamchatka Territory, Khabarovsk Territory, Amur Region, Magadan Region, Sakhalin Region, Jewish Autonomous Region, Chukotka Autonomous Region and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), as well as judicial acts of courts of appeal of general jurisdiction, adopted on complaints and representations of judicial acts of these courts.
