Supervisory complaints are submitted to the consultants of the Krasnodar Regional Court or sent by mail.

You must have the following documents with you:
- Passport or ID.
- Warrant, power of attorney to conduct business.

In civil cases, the persons participating in the case and other persons are entitled to file a supervisory appeal if their rights and legitimate interests are violated by court orders (part 1 of article 376 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation):
- supervisory appeal drawn up in accordance with Art. 378 Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation;
- copies of the appealed decision of the court ruling, cassation, appeal ruling, certified by the seal of the district court (part 6 of article 378 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation);
- copies of the supervisory appeal corresponding to the number of persons participating in the case (part 7 of article 378 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation);
- a document confirming the payment of the state fee if the court decision has not been appealed on appeal or on appeal (part 8 of article 378 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation).


In criminal cases, the convicted, acquitted, their lawyers, and legal representatives, the victim, his representative (Article 402 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation) have the right to file a supervisory appeal:
- supervisory appeal drawn up in accordance with Art. 404, Art. 375 Code of Criminal Procedure;
- copies of the verdict of the ruling of the district court, the cassation, appeal ruling certified by the seal of the district court (Article 404 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation).
