To make a copy of the audio recording, the person who submitted the application provides the court with a material storage medium (flash card, CD-R, DVD and other storage media, the technical record of which is available in court). The material storage media submitted to the court should not contain any information.

For security reasons, before recording the audio protocol of the court session, the material presented to the court can be formatted by an authorized employee of the court apparatus.
