RECEPTION OF CITIZENS

Citizens are held in person on a monthly basis, every third Wednesday of the month from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. by the chairman of the court, vice-chairmen according to the approved schedule on issues casual nature (not related to the results of the consideration of cases and materials).

If the environment coincides with the holiday, then the next working day should be considered as a reception day.

Personal reception is carried out in the 1st building, in the office number 108 according to the established schedule:

- January 15, June 17, 2020 - by the chairman of the Orenburg Regional Court Ushakov Vladimir Mikhailovich. Appointments are made by phone. : 8 (3532) 34-20-70;

- March 18, April 15, 2020 - Deputy Chairman for Civil and Administrative Affairs Kuzhabaev Murat Danyarovich. Appointments are made by phone. : 8 (3532) 34-20-01;

- February 19, May 20, 2020 - Svetlana Anatolyevna Chernyavskaya, Deputy Chairman for Criminal Cases. Appointments are made by phone. : 8 (3532) 34-20-04;

The reception of citizens is open daily (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) from Monday to Thursday - from 08:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., from 13:40 h. To 17:25 h., Friday - from 8:30 h. To 13:00 h., From 13:40 h. To 16:10 h.

Reception is in order priority.

Citizens with benefits and advantages established by applicable law, as well as pregnant women and visitors with young children are admitted out of turn.

Separate reception of citizens by judges, the court administrator is not conducted.
