Personal reception of the chairman of the Omsk regional court

1 time per week (on Mondays from 10 to 12. 00), by appointment, the chairman of the Omsk Regional Court personally receives citizens, representatives of organizations, public associations, state authorities or local authorities.

Reception is held on issues not related to the consideration of specific cases, appeal of judicial acts and procedural actions of judges.

ABOUT THE COURT

The court is located in three buildings.

The main building at ul. Tarskaya, 28 was specially built for the court and opened in 1969. In the 90s of the last century, an extension was made to the building. At the moment, its total area is more than 3 thousand square meters. It has 7 courtrooms.

On Tarskaya, 28 also houses a small museum of the history of the court.

At present, civil cases of 1 and 2 instances, administrative cases are reviewed in this building, as well as a cassation instance court - the presidium of the Omsk regional court.

In 2005, a two-story building at the address - ul. Tarskaya, 18. This was due to the fact that, in 2003, in the Omsk Region, in accordance with the Code of Criminal Procedure, a jury began its activities. This type of legal proceedings required a separate room, allowing to create all the conditions necessary for the law for “judges from the people”.

The building on the street Tarskoi 18 is a protected architectural monument with centuries of history. The building is an example of Omsk's retrospective architecture of the first decade of the last century with a predominance of neoclassicism elements. Initially, the joint-stock company of agricultural machinery of I. L. Aizin was located here. In Soviet times, the profile of the building changed several times. It housed power structures, party and Komsomol committees. Later - a library, club, narcological dispensary. . . Reconstruction of the building required significant costs. But at the expense of the federal budget, the monument of architecture was restored, and the jury found "permanent residence". The building is equipped with supply and exhaust ventilation and is equipped with a video surveillance system.

In the corps on Tarskaya, 18 2 courtrooms are located. Instead of metal "cells" for the defendants here the cabins are made of especially durable glass. There is a jury lounge.

Currently, in the building on the street. Tarskoi, 18, not only jury trials take place, all criminal cases relating to the jurisdiction of the Omsk regional court in one instance are examined here.

In December 2011, in connection with the upcoming introduction of the appellate court at that time, the court had a need to expand its staff and additional premises. As a result, the judicial board for criminal cases of the Omsk Regional Court moved to the building at ul. Suvorova, 99. At present, appeals against judicial acts that have not entered into legal force are being considered here.

Monday from 10-00 to 13 -00 hours by appointment.
