The powers and jurisdiction of the Novgorod Regional Court

The Novgorod Regional Court, within its powers, considers cases as a court of first and second instance, on appeal and cassation, also studies and summarizes judicial practice, analyzes judicial statistics. The Novgorod Regional Court is the directly superior court in relation to district courts operating in the territory of the Novgorod Region.

Reception of citizens (individuals), including representatives of organizations (legal entities) ), public associations, government bodies and local self-government bodies (hereinafter referred to as the reception of citizens) are carried out in the Novgorod Regional Court on the 1st floor in the Reception of the Novgorod Regional Court (hereinafter - the Reception) every day, except weekends, from 9. 00 to 13. 15 and from 14. 00 to 18. 00, on Friday - until 16. 45.

Reception of citizens is carried out without prior appointment in the order of priority. At the reception, the citizen presents the document,
