Reception of citizens
Reception of citizens, including representatives of organizations (legal entities), public associations, bodies the government and local governments (hereinafter referred to as citizens) carry out during working hours:
- information and reference bureau (reception of the regional court)
- administrator, heads of departments for matters, within their competence,
- chairman and vice-chairmen of the court on matters not related to the consideration of specific cases, appeals against judicial acts and proceedings of judges.
Registration of citizens for a personal appointment is made in the information and reference bureau by submitting a written statement summarizing the reasons for applying.
The procedure and time for admitting citizens is determined individually for each application.

Information for visitors
Acceptance of written appeals of citizens and representatives of organizations (both in specific court cases, and complaints about the actions of judges, court staff, etc.), as well as other documents, including statements (statements of claim) in cases under jurisdiction of the Vologda Regional Court , cassation and other complaints, requests for information on the activities of the court, complaints addressed to the qualification collegium of judges tvlyaetsya staff Information and Help Desk (receptionist) Vologda Regional Court (room. 108, 109).
